Roman Ventura

Chef Roman Ventura is a Mexican-born private chef whose culinary journey is rooted in his heritage yet inspired by global flavors. Born in Jalisco and raised in Esperanza, Sonora, Chef Ventura now calls Puerto Vallarta home. His family remains nearby in Mascota, Jalisco, a town rich in natural beauty and Mexican cultural heritage.

Chef Ventura’s love for cooking blossomed in childhood, as he watched his father prepare dishes with soulful, memorable flavors. With a spoon always ready to taste, he learned early on the magic that food could bring to family and friends. Driven by this inspiration, Chef Ventura pursued formal culinary training at the Puerto Vallarta ISIMA Institute of Higher Studies, where he honed his skills and solidified his passion for culinary storytelling.

After working in various Puerto Vallarta restaurants, he realized he craved more creative freedom. Transitioning to private dining, Chef Ventura turns each event into a unique experience, whether an intimate dinner, a cocktail party, or a large celebration. His work with Ventura Chef Services, launched in 2021, has since brought unforgettable dining experiences to clients across the Bay of Banderas, combining artistry and heart with every dish.
