Exciting things are always happening at Casita & Garden! This summer, we transformed our wine store into the cozy Wine Lounge, located right next to our Izakaya Sake Bar. The lounge features the same delicious menu as Casita & Garden and is perfect for special, more intimate performances. Plus, it's air-conditioned, so you can unwind in comfort.
We celebrated our lounge's first performance on July 25 with one of our favorite artists, Alison Lo. The lounge was packed, and Alison brought in guest performers for an unforgettable summer Saturday evening. Even the pouring rain couldn't dampen the festive atmosphere.
Don't worry, you can still purchase wine and sake by the bottle. And be sure to check out our amazing wine selection!

Not only did we open the Wine Lounge with a performance by Alison, we also had some great live entertaiment events in the garden and lounge including Diego Guerrero’s rock band, The Dirties, Will Walker & Bing, Eva & Jorge, Diego & Jared, Kevin Anthony & Joanna Woon, Yoalli & Chabe and closing out the month, Mau!

On Saturday, August 10th, we're celebrating the birthday of our fabulous Alison. This is an event you don’t want to miss, as all of Alison’s musician friends will be there to celebrate her with their music. Reservations are recommended. On August 17th, Gloria Fiona and talented guitarist Jacob Ordoñez will host a special fundraiser for the Vallarta School for Girls in our new Wine Lounge. 20% of the ticket price will be donated to fund back-to-school expenses. The evening includes a delectable three-course dinner featuring an appetizer, your choice of entree, and a delightful dessert. To complete your meal, enjoy a complimentary glass of fine wine or sake. Diego Guerrero’s rock band, The Dirties is returning to Casita, but this event will be held inside Bonito Kitchen’s air-conditioned space. Mark your calendar for Monday, August 19th!
On August 22, we will be hosting a Sake Tasting and Food Pairing, beginning at 6:00pm. Tickets are $50USD. This is a great opportunity to explore this unique and flavorful drink expertly paired with our chef’s delicious small plates. The event will be hosted in the Wine Lounge.
